Instructions

  1. Prepare your fries by slicing fresh potatoes into thin strips, tossing them in olive oil, and baking or frying until crispy.
  2. Heat the butter chicken in a saucepan over low heat, adding water or cream if necessary.
  3. Layer the fries on a platter and pour the creamy butter chicken over the top.
