Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Lettuce Leaves, for wrapping
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Optional Toppings: Diced tomatoes, chopped herbs, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté the chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic when chicken is nearly cooked and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Mix in cream cheese until melted and combined with the chicken.
  5. Incorporate shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Assembly time: place the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves and fold them over.
  7. Serve with desired toppings.

Notes

These wraps can be made ahead of time. Store the chicken mixture in the fridge for up to 3 days and assemble just before serving for maximum freshness.
