  • 1 large kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 68 fresh mint leaves (optional but recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or simple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
  • 1 ½ cups cold sparkling water (chilled)
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Start by hulking and slicing your strawberries, then peel and slice the kiwi.
  2. Mix the Magic: Toss the strawberry slices and kiwi together into a bowl or pitcher. Add and muddle mint leaves if using.
  3. Add the Zing: Squeeze in lime juice and drizzle in maple syrup, stirring gently until combined.
  4. Sparkle it Up: Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes and add chilled sparkling water, stirring gently.
  5. Garnish and Enjoy: Decorate glasses with leftover slices of kiwi and strawberries, adding a sprig of mint for flair.
