Philly Cheesesteak Biscuit Bowls

A cozy and delicious twist on classic Philly cheesesteaks, featuring flavorful steak and veggies nestled in warm biscuit bowls.

  • 1 tube biscuits (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or flank steak
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup sweet onions
  • 12 cups cheese (provolone, cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the steak in a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine the cheese with the steak and veggies, covering to melt.
  5. Prepare the biscuit bowls by pressing the biscuits into muffin tins.
  6. Fill each biscuit bowl with the steak and cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served fresh and warm. Garnish with parsley or chives. Serve alongside a salad or sweet potato fries.
