Mediterranean Taco Boats

A delicious twist on a classic dish combining Mediterranean flavors with mini naan filled with seasoned lamb, feta cheese, and fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • Mini naan
  • Ground lamb
  • Feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Oregano
  • Lemon zest and juice
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Red onion, chopped
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or mint)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil into the skillet and add ground lamb. Season and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Incorporate lemon juice and zest, mixing well.
  4. Chop cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and chop onions for toppings.
  5. Warm the mini naan in a skillet or oven.
  6. Assemble taco boats with lamb mixture and toppings.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
