Cottage Cheese Buffalo Bake

A creamy and spicy bake combining cottage cheese and buffalo sauce for a comforting dish that everyone will enjoy.

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded Chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • Chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Get your chicken ready by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cottage cheese and gently fold it in to maintain fluffiness.
  5. Layer the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.

Notes

Feel free to use leftover rotisserie chicken or substitute with turkey. You can also adjust spiciness by adding ranch dressing to the buffalo sauce.
