  • 12 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by gathering all items needed.
  2. Crush the cereal in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin until fine.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) in a bowl.
  4. Incorporate the ground cinnamon and salt, stirring to combine.
  5. Add the cereal crumbs and gently fold them into the mixture.
  6. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
