  • 4 Bell Peppers (red, yellow, green, or orange)
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 11.5 cups Alfredo Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Cheese (mozzarella or a blend, optional)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced, optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bell peppers by cutting the tops off and removing seeds.
  3. Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat for about 7–10 minutes, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Mix the cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic, and cheese in a large bowl.
  5. Stuff each pepper with the creamy chicken mixture.
  6. Bake in a baking dish covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or red pepper flakes.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken with quinoa or chickpeas for a vegetarian option. If peppers wobble, slice a bit off the bottom for stability.
