  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  3. Add in your cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Combine the drained macaroni with the pumpkin cheese sauce, folding it gently to ensure every noodle is coated.
  5. Prepare for baking if desired by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and transferring the mac to a baking dish, topping with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden.
  7. Serve and enjoy, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or grated parmesan.
