  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a large 9×13-inch baking dish, drizzled with olive oil.
  3. Toss the cubed chicken, sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, and fajita seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Dump the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded Mexican cheese.
