Protein Mocha Marshmallow Fluff

A deliciously decadent and nutritious protein-packed dessert that combines Greek yogurt, espresso, and marshmallows for a delightful treat.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and cocoa powder in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled espresso while whisking continuously.
  4. Fold in the marshmallows gently.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy with additional toppings if desired.

Notes

For a more textured fluff, fold in crushed nuts or granola before serving. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
