A delicious, no-fuss Dump-and-Bake Tortellini Bake that combines warmth, ease, and a touch of creativity for a comforting weeknight dinner.

  • 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish without greasing it.
  3. Dump the refrigerated cheese tortellini into the baking dish.
  4. Mix the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth in a medium bowl until smooth.
  5. Add the broccoli florets over the tortellini.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the tortellini and broccoli.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can make this dish ahead of time and refrigerate. Add extra broth or milk if it’s too thick after baking.
