Hot Honey Street Corn Bake

A delicious twist on classic street corn, baked with hot honey for a sweet and spicy flavor.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Corn (4-6 ears)
  • Hot Honey (1/3 cup)
  • Cotija Cheese (1 cup)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • Sour Cream (1 cup)
  • Lime Juice (from 2 limes)
  • Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Chopped Fresh Cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the corn by cutting the kernels off the cob or using thawed frozen corn.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add in the hot honey, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the Cotija cheese, and mix until well combined.
  5. Combine the fresh corn into the creamy mixture until coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  7. Top with the remaining Cotija cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  9. Finishing touches with extra hot honey and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
