  • 1 lb deli meats (pepperoni, salami, turkey, or your choice)
  • 2 cups cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or Monterey Jack)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your 9×13 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
  3. Lay out half of your tortillas at the bottom of the baking dish, overlapping slightly.
  4. Add the deli meats in a layer, alternating types for variety.
  5. Sprinkle cheese generously over the deli meats.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining tortillas, deli meats, and cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil, increase oven temperature to 400°F (204°C), and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
