Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

A delightful and easy-to-make bowl of Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles packed with flavors, perfect for busy nights.

  • 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil and cooking according to package instructions (about 6-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the beef in a large skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat, cooking until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate the sliced bell peppers and carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
  5. Mix the soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl, then pour over the beef and veggies, simmering for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles with the beef and veggie mixture, tossing until everything is well coated.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
