Frozen Peach Yogurt Bark

A creamy and delightful frozen treat made with yogurt, peaches, and granola, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

  • 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 cups Fresh or frozen peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup Granola (or crushed nuts/seeds as a substitute)
  • Optional: Vanilla extract and honey for flavor

Instructions

  1. Grab a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add your yogurt and mix until smooth; add vanilla and honey if desired.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and smooth it out evenly to about ½ inch thickness.
  4. Chop fresh peaches into small pieces and arrange on top of the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle granola generously over the top.
  6. Pop it in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until firm.
  7. Once frozen, use a knife or hands to break it into pieces.

Notes

Serve with honey drizzle or mint garnish for added flavor and presentation. The recipe is versatile—experiment with different fruits and toppings!
