Protein Salted Maple Crunch Bark

  • 1 scoop Maple Protein Powder
  • 2 cups Puffed Rice
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate (melted)
  • Sea Salt (to sprinkle)

Instructions

  1. Prep your workspace by tidying the kitchen and gathering all ingredients.
  2. Melt the cocoa in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt and maple protein powder in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the puffed rice and fold gently to coat.
  5. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  6. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top creatively.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt across the top and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up completely.
  10. Slice into squares or rectangles and serve.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by swapping protein flavors. The bark can be made vegan by using non-dairy yogurt and chocolate.
