Cottage Cheese Pizza Bake

A cozy and delicious twist on traditional pizza, featuring cottage cheese, marinara, and mozzarella for a hearty baked dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 to 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing
  • Optional toppings: sliced bell peppers, olives, pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. Layer the cottage cheese evenly at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Pour the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  6. Add any optional toppings you desire.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Great with a side salad or garlic bread. Can be assembled a day in advance and baked when ready to serve.
