Ingredients

  • Garlic Bread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ground Beef (or ground turkey/chicken/plant-based alternatives)
  • Mashed Potatoes (leftover or freshly made)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic bread by slicing a loaf in half and spreading garlic butter.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and herbs, and let simmer.
  5. Prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling and mashing them.
  6. Assemble the boats by filling garlic bread with beef mixture and topping with mashed potatoes.
