Parmesan Garlic Ramen Bake

A comforting dish that combines rich flavors and creamy texture, transforming ordinary ramen into a family favorite.

  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Butter
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ramen according to package instructions, around 3–4 minutes, then drain.
  3. Make the garlic butter by melting ½ cup of butter in a saucepan and adding minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the cooked ramen, garlic butter, and grated Parmesan in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve with freshly chopped parsley or additional Parmesan if desired.
