  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Create the sauce by mixing cottage cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl.
  4. Coat the seasoned chicken in a baking dish with the cottage cheese-ranch mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Broil for the last 3-5 minutes for a golden-brown finish.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
