One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring kielbasa, seasonal veggies, and a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by washing and chopping the veggies. Slice the kielbasa into rounds.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the kielbasa and sauté for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Toss in the chopped bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli, and stir to combine.
  5. Whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and veggies, coating everything evenly.
  7. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot directly from the skillet with optional garnishes.

Notes

Feel free to customize the veggies based on seasonality. Serve with rice or quinoa for a more filling meal.
