One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring juicy kielbasa sausage glazed in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, paired with colorful veggies.

  • 14 oz Kielbasa Sausage (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 each Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium Red Onion (sliced)
  • 34 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 23 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for sautéing)
  • Black Pepper and Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the veggies: Wash and slice all vegetables and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat the pan: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the kielbasa: Add sliced kielbasa and cook for 5–7 minutes until nicely browned.
  4. Add the aromatics: Toss in minced garlic and red onion; sauté for about 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in the veggies: Add bell peppers, cooking for 3–5 minutes until softened.
  6. Whisk the sauce: In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Pour over the skillet ingredients.
  7. Plate and garnish: Once cooked through, remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
