  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish: Grab a 9×13-inch baking dish and lightly grease it.
  3. In a Large Bowl, Combine Ingredients: Combine the flaked salmon, cooked wild rice, frozen peas, cream of celery soup, and milk.
  4. Mix in the Cheese: Fold in ¾ of the shredded Swiss cheese.
  5. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with Remaining Cheese: Sprinkle the rest of the Swiss cheese on top.
  7. Bake the Casserole: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
