A cozy and flavorful casserole of crispy tater tots layered with savory deli meats, vibrant vegetables, and gooey cheese—perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound deli meats (ham, turkey, salami)
  • 2 cups cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Layer the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Add chopped or torn deli meats over the tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle chopped bell peppers and onions over the meats.
  6. Layer the cheese generously on top.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a twist, try different deli meats or add more veggies! You can also adjust seasonings to your taste.
