Tortellini Alfredo Bake

A comforting and easy-to-prepare Tortellini Alfredo Bake that combines cheesy tortellini, luscious Alfredo sauce, and crisp broccoli, all topped with gooey mozzarella and Parmesan.

  • 20 oz Refrigerated Cheese Tortellini
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups Cooked Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the cheese tortellini. Cook for 3-5 minutes until they float to the top, then drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the cooked broccoli florets in a medium pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until warm and fragrant.
  4. Combine the cooked tortellini, sautéed broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl; mix gently to coat.
  5. Assemble the tortellini mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and add grated Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving to help it set.

Notes

This dish can be customized with additional proteins or vegetables. Make it ahead of time or freeze leftovers!
