One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

A rich and comforting creamy garlic pasta made in one pot, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces pasta (any kind)
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic by placing your pot on medium heat and adding the butter. Let it melt until bubbling, then toss in the minced garlic, stirring frequently until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken or vegetable broth and pasta. Stir well to ensure every piece is submerged. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook according to package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream once the pasta is al dente. Mix until every strand is coated; thinner with broth or water if too thick.
  4. Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir until melted.
  5. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and use vegan butter and cheese. Consider adding sautéed vegetables or protein for more nutrition.
