Papaya Smoothie for Digestion

A refreshing papaya smoothie packed with flavor and beneficial for digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh papaya, ripe, peeled, seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, optional
  • Ice cubes, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and chopping the papaya.
  2. Load up the blender with papaya chunks.
  3. Add the pineapple chunks and banana into the blender.
  4. Pour in the coconut water for blending.
  5. Spice it up with ginger if desired.
  6. Add ice cubes for chill and blend until smooth.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  8. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For variations, add spinach for a nutrient boost or substitute pineapple with mixed berries.
