  • 1/2 ripe papaya, peeled and diced
  • 2 bananas, preferably frozen
  • 1 cup milk (any variety)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients. Chop the papaya and peel the bananas if you didn’t freeze them.
  2. Add ingredients to blender: Place the diced papaya, frozen bananas, milk, Greek yogurt, and turmeric into your blender.
  3. Blend until smooth: Start on a low setting, gradually increasing the speed until everything is creamy. Add more milk if too thick.
  4. Taste and adjust: Pour a small amount into a glass, taste, and adjust sweetness or turmeric as desired.
