Peach Caprese Flatbread

A delightful play on the classic Caprese salad, featuring juicy peaches, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil on a crispy flatbread.

Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • Fresh Mozzarella, torn
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  4. Layer the mozzarella and peach slices on the flatbread.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Add fresh basil once out of the oven.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt and a light salad for a perfect meal.
