Peach Cobbler Tiramisu

A delightful fusion of classic peach cobbler and elegant tiramisu, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • Fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for peach mixture)

Instructions

  1. Prep your peaches by washing and slicing them into thin wedges.
  2. Make the peach mixture by combining sliced peaches with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Prepare the mascarpone mixture by combining mascarpone, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Assemble your tiramisu by layering dipped ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and peach slices.
  6. Chill the assembled tiramisu in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
