Peach Cream Cheese Cruffins

Delicious pastries filled with sweet peach jam and creamy cheese, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • Crescent Dough
  • Peach Jam
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Egg Wash (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the crescent dough by rolling it out on a clean surface.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Assemble the cruffins by cutting the dough into triangles and adding cream cheese mixture and peach jam.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to form a crescent shape.
  6. Arrange the cruffins in a greased muffin tin.
  7. Brush the tops with egg wash if using.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.

Notes

Serve with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or ice cream. Variations include using other jams or adding nuts.
