Peach Hibiscus Iced Tea

A refreshing iced tea made with hibiscus flowers and sweet peaches, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/3 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup honey (or to taste)
  • Peach slices and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a large pot.
  2. Steep the hibiscus flowers in the boiled water for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
  4. Add in the sliced peaches and lemon juice.
  5. Sweeten to taste with honey.
  6. Cool the tea at room temperature, then refrigerate to chill.
  7. Serve over ice, garnished with peach and lemon slices.

Notes

Choose ripe peaches for the best flavor. Ensure to taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
