Peach Honey Cornflake Crunch Cups

Delightful cups made with crunchy cornflakes, sweet peaches, and honey; perfect for breakfast or a light dessert.

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a standard muffin tin by lightly greasing each cup.
  3. Mix cornflakes and honey in a large mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  4. Add the diced peaches, folding gently.
  5. Fill each muffin cup with the cornflake-peach mixture, pressing down slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before carefully lifting the cups out.
