  • Pie Crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • Peach Jam
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered Sugar (for glazing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your pie crust on a clean, floured surface to about ⅛-inch thickness.
  3. Cut the dough into rectangles—approximately 4 by 6 inches.
  4. Transfer half of your cut rectangles onto a lined baking sheet.
  5. Spoon a generous tablespoon of peach jam onto each rectangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Place the remaining rectangles of dough on top and press down to seal.
  7. Beat an egg and brush it over the tops of the pop-tarts.
  8. Pop the bars in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let the pop-tart bars cool and whisk powdered sugar with milk to glaze.
  10. Cut the bars into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
