  • 2 cups mangoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 package pectin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit: Wash, peel, and dice your peaches and mangoes into small, even-sized pieces.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large pot, combine the diced peaches, mangoes, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir and let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Cook the jam: Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  4. Add pectin (if using): Sprinkle it in while stirring continuously, cooking for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Jar it up: Ladle the jam into sterilized jars, leaving about ¼ inch of headspace.
