Peanut Butter and Greek Yogurt Frozen Bites

A creamy, protein-packed snack combining peanut butter and Greek yogurt, perfect for cooling down on hot days.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional but recommended)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt and peanut butter in a medium mixing bowl until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add in the chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt, gently folding them into the mixture.
  3. Prepare molds by portioning the mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone mold, packing it down slightly.
  4. Freeze the molds for about 120-180 minutes, or until completely solid.
  5. Enjoy the frozen bites straight from the freezer or store them in an airtight container.
