Protein Blackberry Cobbler Fluff

A delightful light dessert that’s creamy, packed with protein, and inspired by traditional cobbler, featuring fresh blackberries and Greek yogurt.

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blackberries
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare your blackberries by rinsing them gently under cold water and patting dry.
  2. Whip up the Greek yogurt base in a medium mixing bowl, mixing in honey and vanilla until well-combined.
  3. Add the lemon juice to the yogurt mixture.
  4. Combine with blackberries gently, folding them into the yogurt mixture.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  6. Serve and enjoy, optionally garnished with honey or nuts.

Notes

Feel free to substitute frozen blackberries if fresh ones aren’t available. Adjust sweetness to taste.
