Protein Cherry Pie Yogurt Cups

A healthy and delicious twist on classic cherry pie, these yogurt cups are packed with protein and perfect for any time of day.

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Cherries, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cherries: If you’re using fresh cherries, wash and pit them. Slice them in half or quarters. If using frozen, thaw and drain excess liquid.
  2. Mix the yogurt: Stir together Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) to desired sweetness until silky smooth.
  3. Add cinnamon: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Layer it up: In a cup, layer yogurt mixture, cherries, and granola until filled, finishing with cherries on top.
  5. Top it off: Sprinkle chopped nuts on top for extra crunch.
  6. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.

Notes
