  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or sugar substitute)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your muffin tin: Grab a silicone muffin tray or a regular one lined with muffin cups.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt: In a mixing bowl, whisk 2 cups of Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the cranberries: Gently fold in 1 cup of dried cranberries into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Sweeten to taste: If desired, add sweetener to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Melt the white chocolate (optional): Melt about 1/2 cup of white chocolate until smooth, then cool slightly before folding it into the yogurt.
  6. Fill your cups: Spoon the yogurt mixture into the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  7. Chill and set: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  8. Serve them up: Gently remove the cups from the tray and enjoy, optionally drizzling with melted chocolate.
