  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla yogurt to your blender.
  3. Pour in the milk.
  4. Sprinkle in the pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup.
  6. Blend on high until smooth.
  7. Adjust by adding ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  9. Serve in your favorite glass, optionally garnishing with extra pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and milk, and swap honey for maple syrup. Feel free to add nut butter or cocoa for variations!
