Banana Sushi

A fun and nutritious alternative to traditional sushi rolls, made with bananas and tasty toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Granola or Rice Crispy Cereal
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • Sliced Fruit (Strawberries, Kiwis, or Any Preferred Fruit)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your banana by peeling it carefully.
  2. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the banana.
  3. Drizzle honey over the peanut butter layer if using.
  4. Add granola or rice crispy cereal and gently press it into the peanut butter.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the sushi.
  6. Slice your chosen fruit into thin pieces.
  7. Roll the banana gently from one end.
  8. Slice into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
