Salted Caramel Peach Jam

A delightful fusion of sweet peaches and rich caramel, this jam captures the essence of summer in every spoonful.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your peaches by peeling and dicing them into small chunks.
  2. Combine the diced peaches and granulated sugar in a large saucepan.
  3. Cook the peach-sugar mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add the caramel sauce and sea salt, stirring well to combine.
  5. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Test for doneness by placing a spoonful on a chilled plate.
  7. Jar the jam into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of headspace.
