Refreshing Watermelon Cooler

A bright, breezy beverage bursting with the sweet flavors of fresh watermelon, perfect for hot summer days.

  • 4 cups watermelon (seedless, cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves (fresh)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Sparkling water or soda (to top)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Watermelon: Remove the rind and cut your watermelon into roughly 1-inch cubes.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Toss the watermelon cubes into your blender. Add the lime juice and mint leaves. If using honey or agave syrup, add that too!
  3. Strain for Smoothness: Pour the watermelon mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl or pitcher.
  4. Add Sparkle: Fill a glass about halfway with your watermelon juice, then top off with sparkling water or soda.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Pour your Watermelon Cooler into a glass and garnish with a mint sprig or a slice of lime on the rim.

Notes

Serve in tall glasses with ice for an extra chill factor and float mint leaves on top for garnishing.
