  • 12 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the base: In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen berries, yogurt, and nut milk. Start with a small amount of nut milk and add more until you reach your desired consistency. Blend on medium speed until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
