  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the ground beef, breaking it apart. Season with salt and pepper. Brown for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Toss in the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Pour the soy sauce and Sriracha over the stir-fry and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve over the cooked rice, garnished with green onions.
