Spring Refresh Detox Water

A refreshing detox water infused with seasonal fruits and herbs for revitalizing hydration.

Ingredients

  • 2 liters filtered water (cold)
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1015 fresh mint leaves, gently bruised
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled & sliced
  • Optional: ¼ cup blueberries
  • Optional: 2–3 rosemary sprigs
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Water Base: Fill a large pitcher with 2 liters of cold, filtered water.
  2. Slice and Dice: Wash and thinly slice the cucumber, lemon, and lime.
  3. Strawberry Love: Rinse and slice the fresh strawberries in half.
  4. Minty Freshness: Bruise the fresh mint leaves gently to release essential oils.
  5. Ginger Magic: Peel and slice the ginger into thin rounds.
  6. Combine Everything: Add all the fruits and herbs to the pitcher.
  7. Give it a Stir: Stir gently to mingle the flavors.
  8. Chill Out: Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  9. Serve it Up: Add ice to your glasses and pour the detox water over.
