  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 12 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Blend fresh strawberries with sweetener until smooth.
  3. Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
