Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos

A delicious fusion of cheesecake and strawberries served in a crispy taco shell.

Ingredients

  • Taco Shells (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cream Cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • Powdered Sugar (1/2 cup)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
  • Strawberries (2 cups, sliced)
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 cup)
  • Butter (1/4 cup, melted)
  • Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
  • Whipped Cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Taco Shells: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Toast tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side or fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for 2–3 minutes until smooth, adding vanilla extract.
  3. Add the STRAWBERRY Goodness: Fold in half of the sliced strawberries into the cheesecake mixture.
  4. Make the Crunch: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  5. Assemble Your Tacos: Fill taco shells with cheesecake filling, top with graham cracker crunch, and remaining strawberries.
  6. Finish with Whipped Cream: Add whipped cream on top, optional drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.

Notes

Garnish with fresh mint and dust with powdered sugar for an elegant touch.
