  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula)
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash strawberries and slice; place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Prep the Mixed Greens: Wash and tear greens; add to the bowl.
  3. Toast the Almonds: In a skillet, toast almonds for 3-5 minutes; add to the salad.

Notes
